I want to share my experience to help others avoid a frustrating situation. I ordered a large funeral arrangement for $285, but what was delivered was tiny and nowhere near the value I expected.

When I called the florist, they told me the value of what they sent was a joke. Not only did I get ripped off, but it sounds like the poor florist who made it was also taken advantage of. I really don't understand how they have a network of florists working for them. It's just a total scam.

If you need flowers, please order from a real local florist. You'll be supporting small businesses and ensuring you get what you pay for.

Did not receive flowers

No flower delivery and no one will answer the phones. Was on hold for over 20 min! My mother was in hospital and would have brightened up her day to get them!!

Regarding our phone lines; we do at times experience high wait times as our calls are answered in the order in which they are received. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Lack of service

Ordered flowers on Wednesday morning for a Saturday afternoon funeral visitation. Got a notification an hour before services that The flowers were unable to be delivered before the funeral.

I called and talked to a lady that said they could plant 5 trees in replacement or have flowers sent to the spouses house. I dont want that, I wanted them delivered for the funeral visitation that I paid for not some after thought BS.

Will never deal with this company again so I guess Ive learned my lesson, dont use a company off a funeral homes website. Thumbs down to this company for the lack of service they offer and the manner in which it was handled.

We apologize that you were not notified in a timely manner regarding the issues with your delivery. As a nationwide service, we rely on local florists to hand deliver orders and unfortunately unforeseen circumstances can arise.

We were notified late that Friday evening that due to an unexpected issue with their shipment the local florist would no longer be able to fill your order.

We contacted several other florists in our network and used our best efforts to get the order delivered prior to the service, however we were unsuccessful at which point you were notified and the order was placed up for a full refund at your request. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and the order was fully refunded, including applicable fees and tax, on 3/18/24.

Very disappointed in the service provided by this company. My grandfathers funeral website auto recommended Florist One.

Despite the flowers being expensive (over $200), we went ahead and ordered on Monday for a Wednesday delivery to have there for the viewing.

After 5pm on Wednesday they messaged me asking to confirm a delivery time. I would have been ok with them being a day late, however they informed me they arent able to deliver them on the day of the funeral either.

Here I am a day before the funeral, after other companies have closed, being told they wont be able to deliver an order out in two days ago.

Funerals are a very sensitive time for families.

I would think they would be more conscious of ensuring they can deliver instead of taking peoples money up front. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Please note we do not guarantee morning delivery and apologize if you were led to believe the balloons would be delivered that morning. We're able to locate your order and see you contacted us the morning of the 26th requesting a delivery confirmation.

We reached out to the local florist to let us know when it was delivered. The local florist informed us it was out for delivery around 1:30 that day and they had confirmed the delivery later in the evening "Actual Delivery Date: August 26, 5:47 PM" We sent both an email and text message to you confirming the delivery shortly after the florist confirmed with us that they delivered to the hospital. We did not receive any further communication indicating the balloons were not received.

If the recipient never received the balloons please reach out to us directly and we will work with you to resolve this. We apologize for the late response to your review.
