I want to share my experience to help others avoid a frustrating situation. I ordered a large funeral arrangement for $285, but what was delivered was tiny and nowhere near the value I expected.
When I called the florist, they told me the value of what they sent was a joke. Not only did I get ripped off, but it sounds like the poor florist who made it was also taken advantage of. I really don't understand how they have a network of florists working for them. It's just a total scam.
If you need flowers, please order from a real local florist. You'll be supporting small businesses and ensuring you get what you pay for.

Did not receive flowers
No flower delivery and no one will answer the phones. Was on hold for over 20 min! My mother was in hospital and would have brightened up her day to get them!!

Ordered flowers on Wednesday morning for a Saturday afternoon funeral visitation. Got a notification an hour before services that The flowers were unable to be delivered before the funeral.
I called and talked to a lady that said they could plant 5 trees in replacement or have flowers sent to the spouses house. I dont want that, I wanted them delivered for the funeral visitation that I paid for not some after thought BS.
Will never deal with this company again so I guess Ive learned my lesson, dont use a company off a funeral homes website. Thumbs down to this company for the lack of service they offer and the manner in which it was handled.

Very disappointed in the service provided by this company. My grandfathers funeral website auto recommended Florist One.
Despite the flowers being expensive (over $200), we went ahead and ordered on Monday for a Wednesday delivery to have there for the viewing.
After 5pm on Wednesday they messaged me asking to confirm a delivery time. I would have been ok with them being a day late, however they informed me they arent able to deliver them on the day of the funeral either.
Here I am a day before the funeral, after other companies have closed, being told they wont be able to deliver an order out in two days ago.
Funerals are a very sensitive time for families.
I would think they would be more conscious of ensuring they can deliver instead of taking peoples money up front. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

They waited until the day my arrangement was supposed to be delivered to tell me (be email, not phone) that my ordered could not be delivered because there was no one to deliver it!! They could've told me that the day I placed the order, THREE DAYS before delivery. I will not be using this service ever again.

- - The balloons were not delivered.
- - I paid $65 and it was not delivered, so I do not recommend.
The company said the balloons would be delivered early Thursday morning 8/26.
The person in the hospital will be coming home and balloons are still not delivered. I called many times they keep telling me they are out for delivery.
I paid 65 dollars and they still did not deliver. I do not recommend anyone to use this company.
